Schmidt, Michael D.

Mike joined Evergreen in 2022 and works with business clients to create a comprehensive commercial property and casualty insurance package tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Mike is a results-driven sales professional with over 10 years of experience mostly in the commercial flooring industry. Mike applies his knowledge of business, in-depth sales strategies and exceptional problem solving skills to help his customers choose the best possible solutions for their respective businesses.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree from California University of PA in Sports Management. He and his family reside in Murrysville, PA.

Lubecki, R. James

Jim joined Evergreen in 1995, but he has been helping clients develop strategies to address both their short and long term financial goals since 1991. After receiving a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in finance and marketing from California University of Pennsylvania, he was employed as an advisor for Prudential Insurance Company of America from 1991-1995. He was conferred as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) in 2000, earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2003, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2005.

As a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), he takes a consultative approach in planning for clients. Whether contemplating retirement, how to pay for college, the birth of a child, the death of a family member, an upcoming marriage, divorce, business succession, or how to protect and transfer your assets to loved ones, he reviews the personal and financial aspects of life to design plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of your family and/or business.

Jim resides in New Stanton, PA with his wife and children.
