Reschini, Joe

Joe Reschini is President of The Reschini Group and CEO of Evergreen Insurance, both independent insurance agencies with locations throughout Western PA.  Joe joined The Reschini Group in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and became President in April 2012 after the passing of his father, Roger Reschini. Joe represents the third generation of Reschinis at the firm that his grandmother, Rose Reschini, founded in 1938.  In January 2018, Joe became CEO of Evergreen Insurance after purchasing controlling interest in S&T-Evergreen from S&T Bank.  Prior to joining The Reschini Group, Joe spent the previous 12 years as a Property/Casualty actuary at various insurance companies.  Joe graduated from Bucknell University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Joe is active in the community. He is chairman of the Indiana Healthcare Foundation, chair of the Indiana Regional Medical Center Centennial Capital Campaign, past chair of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce board of directors, board member of The Friendship Circle, board member of the Indiana County Development Corporation, board member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Research Institute, and council member of the Pennsylvania Society.  Joe is a past member of the Indiana County American Red Cross board of directors, the Indiana County American Heart Association board of directors, and the Indiana County United Way board of directors.

Joe lives in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Ree and daughter Lola.

Turner, Michele A.

Michele joined Evergreen Insurance in 2008 as a Commercial Lines Account Service Manager. In 2015, she was promoted to Commercial Lines Service Manager. Michele is responsible for overseeing the commercial lines department. She also specializes in providing customer service to large accounts related to the energy industry.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent Property and Casualty; Certified Insurance Representative (CISR); Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Michele is a graduate of Lee University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She resides in Bedford, PA with her husband and dogs.

Parfitt, Shea L.

Shea is responsible for the agency’s financial management and accounting functions including supervising the accounting department staff. She is also responsible for the Agency’ systems and administrative functions including the supervision of the Administrative department staff. She joined Evergreen as part of the accounting department in 2015. She served as the agencies controller before taking on her current role as Director of Operations in 2022.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent, 2016.

Shea graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She lives in Strongstown with her family and two dogs.

Holsinger, Gregory C.

Greg joined Evergreen in 2006 as a vice president and commercial lines producer. With over 35 years of insurance industry experience, Greg is responsible for providing supervision and direction to Evergreen’s Personal Lines Department. He also uses his expertise and experience to help commercial companies with the ever-growing operational challenges and risks.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Greg was president of Holsinger Agency, Inc. located in Indiana, PA. He was also a founder and partner in the Insurance Market and a partner in the Koontz, George & Baird Agency.

Designations: Associate in Underwriting (AU); Associate in General Insurance (AINS); Associate in Personal Insurance (API).

Greg received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in History from Grove City College. He has been a member of the Indiana Fire Association for over 25 years, serves as a trustee for the J.S. Mack Foundation, and is president of the Little Mahoning Camp.

Greg resides in Indiana, PA with his wife and has three children.
