Smith, Lynn

Lynn joined the Evergreen Insurance Agency in 2022 and has eight years of experience in the insurance industry. She received her Property & Casualty License in 2015 and her primary focus is on personal lines. She wants to be sure that her clients have the proper coverage for their personal situations.

Lynn resides in Nicktown, PA with her husband. She loves the outdoors, so if she is not visiting with her children, you will probably find her either camping, going motorcycle & trail riding or just hanging around the fire in the back yard.

Caitlyn Altimus

Altimus, Caitlyn

Caitlyn joined Evergreen in 2018 and manages customer accounts in the service department. She helps customers with endorsements, billing, questions, and issues that arise about their coverages. Caitlyn provides a consistent point of contact for her customers and enjoys helping customers better understand their insurance.

Edwards, Debbie M.

Debbie has enjoyed being in the insurance industry since 1995 and joined Evergreen in 2011. Her primary goal, as Assistant Personal Lines Manager, is to provide clients with accessible expertise and an honest, thoughtful, problem-solving approach to the complex world of personal, and farm insurance.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent in Property, Casualty 1995 and Life, Health and Accident in 2001;  Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR);  Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API).

Debbie resides in Marion Center, PA with her husband and her son. When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with her family on their family farm and being outdoors as much as possible.

Carol Black

Black, Carol A.

Carol has been with Evergreen since 1995 and is responsible for personal lines sales for the agency. She is committed to meeting the protection needs of her clients through hard work, great attention to detail, and a service-first attitude. Before joining Evergreen, she was the manager of a family-owned office which included sales and product assessments for clients.

Designations: Certified Insurance Representative (CISR); Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA); Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Carol is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives and the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research. She serves a notary public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Carol resides in Greensburg, PA with her dog.

Smith, Linda S.

Linda joined Evergreen in 2014 as a temp and was hired full time as an Administration Assistant in 2015. After earning her Property & Casualty license in 2019, she began working as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 2020 she gained the responsibility of servicing farm customers. She works hard to make each customer feel valued and to provide high quality insurance solutions.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent (2019).

Linda earned both an LPN in nursing and an Associate’s Degree in accounting. She is also working towards additional insurance designations. Linda lives in Johnstown with her husband. She has four daughters and five grandchildren.

Choby, Maria A.

With over 40 years in the insurance industry, Maria enjoys working with both longtime loyal customers as well as those just beginning to work with Evergreen.

Designations: Licensed Property & Casualty agent; Certified Insurance Representative (CISR); Associate in General Insurance (AINS); Associate in Personal Insurance (API).

Maria lives in Patton, PA with her husband. She has two daughters and two grandchildren.

Altimus, Patricia A.

Patty is the lead personal lines customer service representative at Evergreen Insurance. With over forty years in the insurance industry, she assists large personal lines clients with coverage changes, claims, quotes, billing and more. Patty is a go-to for questions by personal customers, and also for new hires in the service department that she trains.

Patty enjoys providing great service, “It’s satisfying to know you are helping customers with problems or situations they may not understand.”

Patty lives in Belsano, Pa with her husband Dave and enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
