Stephanie joined Evergreen Insurance, LLC in 2022 with 7 years of experience in high-risk
commercial lines service and marketing.

Stephanie works in both our commercial lines service and marketing departments providing
internal support to alleviate the day-to-day flow. This permits us to focus on the needs of each
and every customer, whether it is making changes to current coverage or finding the best
coverage at a fair price for a new venture or a well establish business.

Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at Illinois State University. She resides in
Marion Center, PA with her family and two dogs.

Aimee joined Evergreen in 2019 but is a veteran of 17 years in the insurance industry. She specializes in providing service to small business accounts. Aimee loves to see small businesses thrive, especially local businesses that impact their communities. She prides herself on “going the extra mile” to make sure her customers receive the best service possible.

Nicole helps commercial customers identify problems and offers solutions, providing prompt and efficient support. With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has worked in employee benefits, life and health, and her current focus – commercial insurance. Nicole appreciates that the constantly evolving industry provides many opportunities for professional development and education.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent in Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty; Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR); Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS); Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).

Nicole graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She lives in Johnstown, PA with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Dale joined Evergreen in 1997 as the agency’s controller.  Since 2019 his focus has been targeted toward servicing his existing commercial clients as well as soliciting new business opportunities. In his role as the agency treasurer, Dale provides oversight of the agency’s financial operations.

Dale graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance. Dale is a board member of Somerset Country Club where he serves as Treasurer. He resides in Somerset, PA with his wife.

Crystal currently works in account service but is also an experienced underwriter. This gives her the ability to communicate with customers, the sales team and insurance carriers to resolve insurance needs. Crystal enjoys seeing the technology that continues to improve customer service. Crystal comments that, “As an agency we are making great strides to meet the needs of our customers affected by the pandemic and those who prefer connecting via technology as it helps them in their everyday business needs/concerns.”

Designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW)

Crystal is a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School, Fishertown, Pa. in Business Curriculum.  She has served in the insurance industry for over 41 years. She lives in Osterburg, Pa., with her husband Gareth and has two children and four grandchildren.  Crystal loves to garden, do crafts of any type, and spend time with her grandchildren!  She is a member of Weyand United Methodist Church.
