Jobe, Stephanie

Stephanie joined Evergreen Insurance, LLC in 2022 with 7 years of experience in high-risk
commercial lines service and marketing.

Stephanie works in both our commercial lines service and marketing departments providing
internal support to alleviate the day-to-day flow. This permits us to focus on the needs of each
and every customer, whether it is making changes to current coverage or finding the best
coverage at a fair price for a new venture or a well establish business.

Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at Illinois State University. She resides in
Marion Center, PA with her family and two dogs.

Schmidt, Michael D.

Mike joined Evergreen in 2022 and works with business clients to create a comprehensive commercial property and casualty insurance package tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Mike is a results-driven sales professional with over 10 years of experience mostly in the commercial flooring industry. Mike applies his knowledge of business, in-depth sales strategies and exceptional problem solving skills to help his customers choose the best possible solutions for their respective businesses.

Designations: Property & Casualty in Pennsylvania

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree from California University of PA in Sports Management. He and his family reside in Murrysville, PA.

Stiffler, Becky Depp

Becky joined Evergreen in 2022, but has over 17 years experience in the commercial lines
industry. She works with the Evergreen marketing team and insurance carriers to obtain quotes
for new business and acquire remarketing quotes for existing clients to be sure they are receiving
the best coverages and price we have to offer.

Designations: Licensed Insurance Agent in both Property and Casualty and Life, Accident and
Health, Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR),and Certified Insurance Service
Representative ELITE

Becky earned a bachelor’s degree from Point Park University, majoring in Business
Administration and an Association Degree from Bradford School of Business in Paralegal
Studies. When she is not at work, you can find her at one of her children’s sporting events.

Altimore, Aimee

Aimee joined Evergreen in 2019 but is a veteran of 17 years in the insurance industry. She specializes in providing service to small business accounts. Aimee loves to see small businesses thrive, especially local businesses that impact their communities. She prides herself on “going the extra mile” to make sure her customers receive the best service possible.

Champe, David W.

David joined Evergreen in 1986 with responsibility for developing the Life, Health and Financial Services department for the agency. David’s primary discipline is in the area of employee benefits and performs sales and service duties for our customers. He serves as a commercial insurance producer serving our customers’ business insurance needs and is our resident professional regarding Medicare and Medicare Supplements.

David began his career in individual life insurance sales in 1981. He was hired a year later by The Travelers Insurance Company and worked exclusively with independent insurance agencies to market life, health, and financial services products in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

David attended West Virginia University and has a bachelor’s in business administration. He holds many professional designations including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).

David resides with his wife, Debby, in Morgantown, WV.

Kittelmann, Melissa B.

Melissa joined Evergreen’s commercial lines team in 2015. She is responsible for providing businesses with comprehensive insurance and risk management programs tailored specifically to the needs of their respective business operation.

As a 30-year veteran of the industry, Melissa employs her unique skill set, diverse background, and extensive product knowledge when determining a true course of action for her clients’ insurance and risk management programs. She is committed to delivering outstanding customer service to each and every client.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent Property and Casualty.

Melissa is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Marketing. Melissa serves on the board of the Salvation Army of Indiana, is a member of Indiana Mid-Day Rotary, and was a past board member of Junior Achievement.

During her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. Melissa lives in Indiana, PA.

Killian, Nicole L.

Nicole helps commercial customers identify problems and offers solutions, providing prompt and efficient support. With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has worked in employee benefits, life and health, and her current focus – commercial insurance. Nicole appreciates that the constantly evolving industry provides many opportunities for professional development and education.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent in Life, Accident and Health and Property and Casualty; Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR); Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS); Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).

Nicole graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She lives in Johnstown, PA with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Snyder, Dale B.

Dale joined Evergreen in 1997 as the agency’s controller.  Since 2019 his focus has been targeted toward servicing his existing commercial clients as well as soliciting new business opportunities. In his role as the agency treasurer, Dale provides oversight of the agency’s financial operations.

Dale graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance. Dale is a board member of Somerset Country Club where he serves as Treasurer. He resides in Somerset, PA with his wife.

Racchini, Cody D.

Cody began his career in the insurance industry in 2012 and joined Evergreen Insurance, LLC in October, 2015 as a commercial lines producer. He works with business clients to develop insurance programs in the Central Pennsylvania region. Cody is responsible for providing commercial insurance programs which are specific to each prospective and existing client’s needs. Cody has worked with customers in many different industries and has a wide range of insurance product knowledge.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent Property and Casualty.

Cody enjoys meeting new people and learning about many types of businesses.  He resides in Duncansville, PA with his wife and son.

Eckman, Crystal G.

Crystal currently works in account service but is also an experienced underwriter. This gives her the ability to communicate with customers, the sales team and insurance carriers to resolve insurance needs. Crystal enjoys seeing the technology that continues to improve customer service. Crystal comments that, “As an agency we are making great strides to meet the needs of our customers affected by the pandemic and those who prefer connecting via technology as it helps them in their everyday business needs/concerns.”

Crystal is a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School, Fishertown, Pa. in Business Curriculum.  She has served in the insurance industry for over 41 years. She lives in Osterburg, Pa., with her husband Gareth and has two children and four grandchildren.  Crystal loves to garden, do crafts of any type, and spend time with her grandchildren!  She is a member of Weyand United Methodist Church.
