Smith, Linda S.

Linda joined Evergreen in 2014 as a temp and was hired full time as an Administration Assistant in 2015. After earning her Property & Casualty license in 2019, she began working as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 2020 she gained the responsibility of servicing farm customers. She works hard to make each customer feel valued and to provide high quality insurance solutions.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent (2019).

Linda earned both an LPN in nursing and an Associate’s Degree in accounting. She is also working towards additional insurance designations. Linda lives in Johnstown with her husband. She has four daughters and five grandchildren.

Rodgers, Jordan E.

Jordan is responsible for the management, placement, and servicing of the agency’s surety bond book of business. He joined Evergreen in 2005.

Jordan states, “I continuously scour the surety marketplace to ensure our clients have the most favorable terms.”

Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Surety Association of Pittsburgh. He resides in Portage, PA and enjoys collecting baseball cards and memorabilia.

Parfitt, Shea L.

Shea is responsible for the agency’s financial management and accounting functions including supervising the accounting department staff. She is also responsible for the Agency’ systems and administrative functions including the supervision of the Administrative department staff. She joined Evergreen as part of the accounting department in 2015. She served as the agencies controller before taking on her current role as Director of Operations in 2022.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent, 2016.

Shea graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She lives in Strongstown with her family and two dogs.

Imler, Joseph R.

In 1980, Joe co-founded Evergreen Insurance Associates. The Agency was developed to offer insurance coverages and risk management services to the mining, oil and gas industries. Evergreen became a wholly-owned subsidiary of S&T Bank in 2002. In 2005 and 2006, subsequent agency acquisitions added to the Evergreen family in both client count and expertise.

As of January 1, 2018, majority ownership in Evergreen Insurance was purchased by The Reschini Group but continues its independent operation. Evergreen works closely with The Reschini Group and is a referring partner with S&T Bank.

Today, not only is Evergreen viewed as an insurance specialist in the energy-related business, but under Joe’s management, has developed into a full-service agency. In addition to serving all types of businesses, Evergreen is a leading provider of personal insurance.

As president of Evergreen, Joe demonstrates the ability to assume a broad range of responsibilities to achieve a maximum level of organizational success.

Designations: Associate in Risk Management (ARM).

Joe attended Duquesne University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Joe is a member of Insurance Agents & Brokers, Pennsylvania Coal Association, and the St. Benedicts Church. He was also a former board member of Excela Health System. He resides in Greensburg with his wife.

Holsinger, Gregory C.

Greg joined Evergreen in 2006 as a vice president and commercial lines producer. With over 35 years of insurance industry experience, Greg is responsible for providing supervision and direction to Evergreen’s Personal Lines Department. He also uses his expertise and experience to help commercial companies with the ever-growing operational challenges and risks.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Greg was president of Holsinger Agency, Inc. located in Indiana, PA. He was also a founder and partner in the Insurance Market and a partner in the Koontz, George & Baird Agency.

Designations: Associate in Underwriting (AU); Associate in General Insurance (AINS); Associate in Personal Insurance (API).

Greg received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in History from Grove City College. He has been a member of the Indiana Fire Association for over 25 years, serves as a trustee for the J.S. Mack Foundation, and is president of the Little Mahoning Camp.

Greg resides in Indiana, PA with his wife and has three children.

Hartline, Kimberly R.

Kim joined Evergreen Insurance in 2010 and has over 17 years of experience in commercial lines marketing. Kim works with the Evergreen sales team and insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes for new and existing commercial insurance clients.

Designations: Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS)

Kim earned an associates degree in Legal Assistant Studies at Mount Aloysius College. She resides in Lilly, PA with her husband, three children and two Boston Terriers!

Figard, Amy E.

Amy joined Evergreen in 2014, but has over 18 years in a wide range of positions and responsibilities in the insurance industry. She has worked with commercial customers in many industry categories. One of Amy’s roles at Evergreen is to present commercial customer insurance needs to carriers to obtain competitive quotes. She services a large commercial account and has various surplus lines responsibilities including filings.

Designations: Licensed insurance agent, 2003; Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), 2006; Surplus Lines License, 2015; Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), 2016;  and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) 2020.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Economics.  She lives near Johnstown, Pa. with her husband and two sons.

Eckman, Crystal G.

Crystal currently works in account service but is also an experienced underwriter. This gives her the ability to communicate with customers, the sales team and insurance carriers to resolve insurance needs. Crystal enjoys seeing the technology that continues to improve customer service. Crystal comments that, “As an agency we are making great strides to meet the needs of our customers affected by the pandemic and those who prefer connecting via technology as it helps them in their everyday business needs/concerns.”

Designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW)

Crystal is a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School, Fishertown, Pa. in Business Curriculum.  She has served in the insurance industry for over 41 years. She lives in Osterburg, Pa., with her husband Gareth and has two children and four grandchildren.  Crystal loves to garden, do crafts of any type, and spend time with her grandchildren!  She is a member of Weyand United Methodist Church.

Choby, Maria A.

With over 40 years in the insurance industry, Maria enjoys working with both longtime loyal customers as well as those just beginning to work with Evergreen.

Designations: Licensed Property & Casualty agent; Certified Insurance Representative (CISR); Associate in General Insurance (AINS); Associate in Personal Insurance (API).

Maria lives in Patton, PA with her husband. She has two daughters and two grandchildren.

Altimus, Patricia A.

Patty is the lead personal lines customer service representative at Evergreen Insurance. With over forty years in the insurance industry, she assists large personal lines clients with coverage changes, claims, quotes, billing and more. Patty is a go-to for questions by personal customers, and also for new hires in the service department that she trains.

Patty enjoys providing great service, “It’s satisfying to know you are helping customers with problems or situations they may not understand.”

Patty lives in Belsano, Pa with her husband Dave and enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
